Eugene K. Hollander

Eugene K. Hollander received his undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1983, and graduated from IIT Chicago Kent College of Law in 1986. After receiving his law degree, Mr. Hollander became a prosecutor with the Cook County State 's Attorney's Office, where he successfully prosecuted numerous individuals on the trial and appellate levels. Before opening his own office, Mr. Hollander associated himself with several aggressive litigation firms where he represented a Fortune 500 corporation in the defense of its labor claims, and successfully defended a class action contract claim at trial. To date, Mr. Hollander has tried approximately 100 cases in state and federal court. He has been quoted in various periodicals for his opinion on a variety of employment issues. In addition to employment matters, Mr. Hollander handles complex and catastrophic personal injury and professional malpractice claims. Mr. Hollander is the author of Employment Evidence, 2003, James Publishing Company.
Mr. Hollander was recently selected as an Illinois Super Lawyer based on a statewide survey of practicing attorneys.
